Balance & Ease: An Evening of Yoga Nidra & Acupuncture (June)

Join Emily Wright and Jenny Netzer for a special practice devoted to cultivating balance in the body, mind and spirit. This offering will include deep breathing, sound healing, acupuncture and yoga nidra.

Accessible to all bodies and experience levels.

Based upon the movements of nature, the ancient art and science of Chinese medicine is rooted in the philosophy that every living thing is enlivened by a vital energy, known as Qi, which connects us to one another, and to the world around us. In these hectic times, it is easy to become disconnected and overloaded, creating disease and despair. The practice of acupuncture works at the source of mental, emotional and physical imbalance to revitalize and restore.

The practice of Yoga Nidra is thousands of years old yet immensely relevant to our time. A systematic process of deliberate relaxation that combines breath, body-scan and imagery-based techniques to serve as a powerful antidote to overstimulation, burnout and exhaustion.

Additionally, its ancient wisdom undeniably invites in a deeper knowing of the soul. The spiritual nature of yoga nidra empowers a release of fear and unwanted habits and enables new alignment to authenticity, freedom and heart.

This offering will weave together the wisdom of both modalities to explore the healing potential of reconnecting with nature, ourselves and deep rest.

Cost: $75 (unlimited monthly members receive 10% off)

Heart-Opening Meditation with Joseph Erichsen

In this space we will weave the energy of softness into our breath & into our hearts. The intention of this practice is to soften so we can open up more to life and to love, and also open up our lines of communication with our heart. This is a simple but very open experience to connect to our own hearts and foster that relationship for ourselves. This will be a 1-hour class with time to settle in, practice a guided meditation either seated or lying down, and time to slowly reemerge for quiet reflection, writing or sharing if desired. No meditation experience is necessary to fully enjoy this experience - it is open and available to everyone. All you need is to be open and curious.

This is a donation-based offering, please pay what you can. Sign up soon to save your spot. This will be held at our studio, on the corner of NW 26th and Upshur. Please plan to arrive early to set up your space and get comfortable.

Joseph Erichsen (he/him): "I am a meditation teacher certified through The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. I want to share a different perspective of meditation with the world, one that liberates and frees us into the possibilities of life, one that is about experiencing the fullness and wholeness and beauty of life and that is heart opening and absolutely life affirming. My mission is to inspire as many hearts as possible to open, to be present to the beauty of life, and to live life in a beautiful way - full of love.” Joe has been practicing meditation with — Lorin Roche, Camille Maureen, and Dr. Joe Dispenza and is thrilled to bring these expansive practices to our community at All Heart Yoga.

Virgo New Moon Sound Ceremony

Virgo New Moon Sound Ceremony

Join Nikki Caballero for a Virgo New Moon Sound Ceremony on Sunday August 28th at 5pm. The new moon can be the beginning of an enhanced consciousness and awareness, mindfulness, and focused attention. The new moon is a harbinger of visionary ideas. Life is for exploring tastes and sensations and the entire spectrum of ways we can live.

Together we will tap in to our higher consciousness through sound and guided meditation for this new moon phase.

Staying grounded and connected to the earth is going to be our tonic under this Virgo New Moon. We may find ourselves seeking adventure, wanting to try new things, and creating productive change in our lives. We may feel the time has come to do things differently or to perhaps try something we have always wanted to try.

There is this sense of adventure surrounding this New Moon, but there is also a deeper energy at play too, guiding us to connect with our inner child and to think about our generational or ancestral wounds.

There is an energy on offer under this Virgo New Moon, that guides us to explore habits, beliefs, or attitudes we have collected from our childhood that no longer serve us...leading us to heal ancestral or generational wounds. These are the wounds that are not of this life but are inherited from both our earth family and soul family. These wounds can also be connected to the land that we choose to reside on. We are being called to break generational cycles that may not have been our doing, but that we have the power to end.

This sound experience is a therapeutic meditation delivered through vibrational frequencies. This offering begins with breath work to help you ground and connect with your own energy, followed by a guided meditation to ease you in to a relaxed, meditative state. Then, the sound begins… with vibrations that bring our bodies back to a balanced and harmonious state, stimulating alpha and theta brainwaves associated with a clear and peaceful states of mind. You will likely leave this experience feeling both grounded and rejuvenated.

This offering is sliding scale: $30-40. Our unlimited monthly members receive a 10% discount.
