In-studio class protocols

  • Online pre-registration is required. Students must in advance of class begins to save a spot. The cancellation window closes one hour before class. Not cancelling class will either forfeit your class pass or you will be charged a $12 late-cancel fee. The cancellation window allows someone on our waitlist to join class. We know this may feel inconvenient at times, but we hope these measures will benefit us all.

  • Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to class. Parking in the neighborhood can be tricky. We lock the studio door at class time for the safety and privacy of everyone inside the studio.

  • You may bring your own mats and props or borrow ours at no cost.

Cancellation

To cancel class, log into your account on Momence. From there you should see a list of your upcoming classes. Look for 3 dots to the right, click on those and you should then see, “cancel yourself.” We ask you to please cancel if you can’t make it to class. We have a $12 no-show fee if you miss more than one class.

Workshop cancellation info – We need a minimum number of students for the workshops to be held as planned, so pre-registration is required. If the workshop minimum is not met, you will be notified and reimbursed.

If you cancel your workshop reservation more than 48 hours in advance, you can use your credit toward a future workshop. Reservations that are cancelled 48 hour or less prior to a workshop will not be credited/refunded. If you need to cancel your reservation – log in to your Momence account or email us at hello@allheartyogastudio.com. This allows someone to take your spot if we have a waitlist. Thank you for your understanding!

COVID protocols

  • Mask wearing is optional for everyone while visiting and practicing at our studio as long as our county remains in the low-risk category. Thus, the mask mandate has potential to be fluid, depending on the local risk level. Masks continue to be one of the most effective ways to protect oneself and others from the spread of COVID, the flu and common cold.

  • Click here to find out our COVID-19 Community Level, which determines what prevention steps our community should take at any given time. We will follow the level of precautions as designated by the CDC, the State of Oregon and Multnomah County.

  • If you have any symptoms of cold, flu, or virus, such as fever, coughing, new loss of taste or smell, aches and pains, sore throat, or any other symptoms of COVID-19, cold or flu, please stay home.
