All Heart Yoga’s teachers Eugene and Laela invite all lovers of her verse to join us in sharing and celebrating her words and works on Saturday, September 9th.

9-10:30 am Attend Eugene’s morning Yoga Flow class (sign up for class here)

10:40-11 Snack break (bring your own snack)

11-1 Sharing readings of Mary Oliver poetry. Bring a favorite poem of Mary Oliver’s to share with the group. You can choose to read it or pass along for someone else to do so. For this portion, we’ll be sitting on the floor at the yoga studio, so please wear comfortable clothing. We will then walk into Forest park directly from the studio. We’ll walk quietly together, inviting appreciation at whatever we may encounter, perhaps even astonishment and surely gratitude.
