Private + Semi-private Classes

Many of our teachers offer private and semi-private yoga classes, available livestream or in person.

Private sessions are beneficial for many students, and may feel essential during these times. The private setting can allow for a safe space to practice, with a completely individualized experience. Based on your goals, we will develop a practice specifically to meet your needs. Many of our instructors offer private sessions in yoga, therapeutic yoga, yoga nidra, one-on-one therapeutic co-meditations, reiki and more.

Together we can:

  • learn the basics of yoga

  • develop a personalized sequence

  • explore: strength, flexibility, stress reduction, deeper self-awareness

  • focus on alignment

  • expand your home practice

  • practice pranayama and meditation

  • reduce stress with guided meditation, yoga nidra, reiki

Yoga can lead to not only greater physical strength and ease, but a deepened trust in one’s own instincts and wisdom, and furthered connection to body, mind and spirit.
