Celebrate Summer by Celebrating Your Curves

4 weeks of Curvy Yoga in June

You don't need to look a certain way to get the benefits of yoga. Curvy yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on working with your curves, not against them. Poses come with a variety of options to help you find the best pose for your unique body. This live stream practice gives you the opportunity to explore your yoga practice in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

  • Beginners are welcome – no bendiness is required.

  • Suitable for all experience levels, this gentle class is for everybody and every body.

  • Each class in the series will include a special focus on working with your unique body:

June 5th: Making friends with your belly

June 12th: Hello toes - how to reach your most distant body part

June 19th: Core work without crunches

June 26th: Taking Your Space

This 4-week LIVESTREAM series will be led by Rose Bak, who is trained in Curvy yoga and Accessible Yoga. Class is offered on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 am Pacific Time and is only $42 when you sign up for the series! Please sign up to receive all EMAILS from Yoga NW, to ensure that you will receive a link to our livestream zoom class. Our unlimited monthly members are also welcome to join.

If you are unable to sign up for the whole series, DROP-IN to a class by signing up via our classes page, and sign up for the weekly Curvy class, also at 10:30 am PST.
