We believe in a well-rounded practice and offer a great variety of weekly classes to suit your energetic needs, from energetic, strength-based flows to yin and restorative.

A current list of our classes, from Energizing to Meditative:

Energizing Flow This style of yoga is built upon the union of breath and movement. This class may include sun salutations, as well as other flowing sequences, with an emphasis on mindfulness of movement as well as breath. This is one of our more physically challenging classes but you will be well supported throughout. Prepare to energize, move and have fun!

Practicing Flow Anchored in intentional breath technique, each session combines a mix of breath-to-movement flow, held postures and therapeutic movement that builds physical strength and flexibility, creates spaces to release energetic blockages and balance vital life force. This blending of dynamic movement and Pranayama is active with modifications, appropriate for all levels and abilities.

Embodied Yoga Flow A movement practice blending intuitive exploration with intentional alignment, Embodied Yoga Flow invites you to honor your body’s wisdom and unique expression through movement. Expect flowing sequences designed to challenge, inspire, and create space for authenticity and connection. Hands-on touch is offered to provide guidance and support, always prioritizing your autonomy. Everyone is welcome.

Yoga Flow A balanced class for both flexibility and strength. Take time exploring sensation and personal alignment, and attuning oneself to the transitions of flow. Class is a combination of sustained poses and flowing with the breath. We will take time for centering, connection, community, savasana and inspiration. This class is open to all.

Flow + Restore This class combines an easy-going Vinyasa flow with a longer restorative holds. Mindful movement linked with breath to recalibrate our energy followed by deep, healing relaxation.

Sweet and Deep classes begin with breath awareness, centering, and gentle, warming movements. Classes include stretching and floor poses as well as some standing postures, building strength and flexibility while cultivating ease in body and mind. A slow-paced class for those who enjoy an embodied practice with time to go deep into pose alignment, to connect with breath and the Self. This class is for everyone and all abilities.

Deep Stretch Unwind with gentle movement and deep stretching. A grounded class, with an emphasis on longer hold and deep expressions of yoga asana. Great for beginners and those who enjoy a slow class.

Yin Yoga is a passive yoga practice that works deeply into the body with longer-held poses, typically focusing on the lower part of the body. Yin Yoga improves the flow of energy of the body, working with the meridian lines and enhancing the flow of chi (qi), bringing health to the whole body. Yin is a wonderful complement to active physical practices and release from the constant striving and business of life. Opposed to other goal-oriented practices, this practice is one of “allowing” and cultivating inner stillness. The poses are long-held and there is space for quiet in this class, as well as readings, poetry and guided meditation. This is a calm, grounding, and quiet class.

Meditative Yin Yoga This class focuses on mindfully deep stretching – releasing tension in the connective tissues with supported, long held poses interwoven with guided meditation and spiritual poetry. Each class targets a different organ group based on the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Yoga Nidra is an accessible and restorative practice of dropping into presence and releasing goal-oriented thoughts and activity to experience pure rest and renewal. Yoga Nidra is a sacred pause, a practice of simply being, and a wonderful pathway to inner peace and freedom. For the practice, students lie down comfortably and are guided to move awareness systematically to points in the body, with movement of the breath, and the through the contents of the imagination. A blissful and dreamy experience that is also referred to as yogic sleep.

All bodies and abilities are welcome.
