Join us for a special Heart Opening sound ceremony on Saturday, March 5th.

Our hour-long workshop will begin with heart opening breath work. This practice is a self offering to call in compassion, love, joy, and self-love. As a group, we will move into a guided visualization and immersive sound journey with the intention to connect with the heart's energetic center to nurture and heal. Sound vibrations offer deep healing by releasing stuck emotional energy as well as bringing balance to the chakras. We encourage attendees to bring a journal and pen to make note of any visions or messages that come through during the ceremony.

This event is open to everyone and is a restorative experience. Most attendees lie on the floor with supports that we provide but you are welcome to bring a blanket, a pillow and a journal for reflection. We can alternatively provide a chair if that is more comfortable for you, just let us know.

Cost for this event is $30. Unlimited monthly members receive a 10% discount.
