Awaken to Peace – A Journey into the Essence of Yoga Nidra with Emily Wright
The practice of Yoga Nidra is thousands of years old, yet immensely relevant to our time. A systematic process of falling asleep while remaining aware, it allows for a settling of the nervous system that serves as the antidote to overstimulation, burnout and exhaustion. As the practice deepens, the beauty that Yoga Nidra illuminates is transcendent; a conscious unwinding of the self to arrive wholeheartedly at the soul.
This three-session series explores the essence of rest for more ease, creativity and peace of mind. Each session will include a physical practice to release tension in the body and pranayama (breath practices) to soothe and balance the energetic body, culminating in a yoga nidra practice. Each practice is accessible for all bodies with modifications offered to meet every student.
This series of 3 classes meets on Sunday afternoons, from 1-3pm at Yoga NW

The cost for the series is $100. Our unlimited monthly members will receive a 10% discount. If you can only make it to one class, the cost is $45.
