The old adage “the only constant is change” is a profound and necessary lesson. A completely yogic lesson. And the truth is that so much has changed. We could all wait it out – hide away inside until/if the familiar life returns. Or we could accept, soften, inquire about our discomfort, and come together to embrace it all. After all, YOGA means UNION! It is in this spirit that we invite you to a special event.

 Community. Connection. Reflection: a Yoga (re)Union with Heather Jones

Sunday, Sept. 26th at Yoga NW, 5-7 pm

The (re)Union marks Heather’s return to teaching, and an opportunity to reconnect with friends, students old and new, and our supportive yoga sangha. To share space and thought, to feel, to cry, to laugh; to contemplate; to reflect and to look ahead. We will move a bit, breathe a bit, meditate a bit. And we will connect A LOT. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend, no matter your yoga experience. The ReUnion is being offered by donation. Although this does not mean it is a free event, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please donate if you can – your generosity will ensure that others are able to come together during these difficult financial times. Please bring cash or check to reunion or you can make a donation online when you sign up for class.

THIS IS AN IN-STUDIO EVENT, located at the corner of NW Upshur and 26th at Yoga NW.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Pre-registration is required. Please register for this class at least one hour in advance and we also request that you make any cancellations at least a 2 HOURS before class. We have a $12 no-show/late cancellation fee. This will allow someone else to take your spot if we have a wait-list.
