If you missed our 3-part series, you’re in luck! Join Eugene for a 2 hour workshop version of Spinal Health and Emotional Resilience.

Anatomy awareness, Breath and Yoga Movement with supported guidance from a teacher with twenty years experience. Eugene will help you find a balance between safety and opening by honoring and nurturing the natural curves of our own spine – the Primary curves of thoracic and sacrum (inward) embodied in safety, grounding, nurturing and the Secondary curves of lumbar and cervical (outward) of openness, expansion, expression.
