You’re invited to slow down and reground with Conscious-Connected breath. A transformative practice that supports the process of returning back home to your body and Self. 

What is Breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork is an active breath practice that helps to clear stuck energy in the mind and body. A fantastic tool for emotional processing and building a deeper relationship with Self. Breathwork helps you get unstuck, activates creativity, helps you see life situations with a different perspective, and strengths your relationship to intuition. 

Benefits of Breathwork:

  • Invites in feelings of bliss, safety, and peace

  • Assists in emotional body connection

  • Releases tension, stress and overwhelm

  • Supports the release of trauma stored in the body

  • Offers experiences of altered states of consciousness and deep embodiment

Class will begin with a grounding meditation before shifting into 50 minutes of active breathwork. The session will close with warming herbal tea and optional hearts sharing. 

Yoga Mats, blankets and bolsters will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else to make yourself comfortable. 

Note: Please check in with a doctor before practicing active breathwork if you are pregnant, epileptic, or have lung or heart conditions.
