Hi.

I’m Laela Wilding – the person who answers the phone and replies to your emails, and have been the studio owner since February 1st, 2020. Our aim is to go deep with you in practices of mindfulness and movement. Together, we build a community of support and caring; together, we explore the depths of ourselves with compassion and love; together, we find our deep connection with one another, with the world in which we live, in community, and in our shared connection of being, living, breathing in individual consciousness and Universal Consciousness.

Please reach out to me any time at hello@allheartyogastudio.com.
I look forward to practicing with you!

All Heart Yoga acknowledges that the land we occupy rests on the traditional village sites of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, bands of the Chinook, Tualatin Kalapuya, Molalla and many other Tribes that have created permanent and seasonal encampments. The land that we occupy as residents is unceded Indigenous land. Due to the strategic and systemic efforts to annihilate Indigenous peoples from these lands and history, there are many other tribes and Nations who traditionally lived, hunted and fished in what is now Multnomah County and Oregon that are not collectively remembered. We thank the descendants of these many Tribes for being the original stewards and protectors of these lands since time immemorial.
