Monday December 21st, 7:30-8:45 pm PST (livestream)
Join teachers Amber Knight and Laela Wilding as they guide you through a quiet evening of repose and reflection on the longest night of the year, Winter Solstice. This evening class will start with gentle yoga movements to prepare mind and body for the restorative stillness of the guided meditation of yoga nidra. The receptive state of yoga nidra may very well give you the clarity to answer the questions – what do I want to cultivate in my life and what do I want to move toward. Yoga nidra reminds us that everything that arises can be seen as a marker of our true nature, and can be seen as a teacher. In this way, we practice deep acceptance of all that arises, both the dark and the light. On this long night, we have the opportunity to become comfortable with both darkness as well looking toward the light that will recreate joy within ourselves. Everyone is welcome to join, no previous experience necessary. Prepare for an extended guided meditation lying down.
This special livestream event is $21.
Unlimited monthly members will receive a 15% discount.
