The Reset is a workshop that uses holistic techniques, movement, meditation, and writing to reconnect with yourself to bring more meaning, intentionality, and joy into your life.
Winter is a time when nature is resting, quiet, and preparing for Spring, and so are we. We turn inward, tuning into our sensitivities, and gain insight to reconnect with ourselves and find restoration. In this cozy workshop, McKenna will lead you through relaxing guided meditations, a Katonah-inspired Vinyasa practice, writing, and discussion. Leaving, you'll feel reset and ready to enter the next month from a place of grounded connectedness to both your intentions and your authentic self.

McKenna Koon brings with her a decade of imagination-led pranayama meditation guidance as well as RYT-200 certification from The Sacred Fig. She has a passion for the power of breath and yoga as a tool for spiritual connection, philosophical understanding, and mental and physical health. McKenna has additional certification in Katonah Yoga, which incorporates classical Hatha yoga, Taoist theory, sacred geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor and imagination in a practical framework designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being.
