Join Emily Wright for an exploration of practices to sooth, support and nurture when anxiety arises in mind and body.

This session will include:

• Movement practices to cultivate courage and trust within the body

• Breathing techniques to calm and clarify mindset

• Meditation to redirect overthinking into broadened awareness

• Yoga nidra, a guided relaxation for general healing
