Setting the Foundation to (Re)Establish Your Yoga Practice
4 weeks of supportive and detailed instructions on foundational yoga poses with Laela Wilding & Amber Knight. This series is especially designed for beginners and those who would like to return to their yoga practice. Everyone is welcome!
In this introductory series, we will explore some foundational yoga poses (asana), simple breathing practices (pranayama), and relaxation techniques such as breathwork, guided meditation and yoga nidra. We will hold a sweet container for questions, individual attention and refinement.
With two experienced instructors you will receive personal support as your body and mind learn the poses in a way that is just right for you.
