As the season blossoms into fullness and the ecstatic energy of summer approaches - you’re invited to slow down and reground with the breath. A chance to deeply listen to the whims of the heart, body and soul. Breath by breath, we’ll set the busyness of the world aside, clear the static and hear the deep undercurrents of clarity.

What is Breathwork?
Conscious connected breathwork is an active breath practice that helps to clear stuck energy in the mind and body. It is a fantastic tool for emotional processing and building a deeper relationship with Self. Breathwork helps you get unstuck, activates creativity, helps you see life situations with a different perspective, and connects you with your intuition.

Benefits of Breathwork: Resets and regulates nervous system; Invites in feelings of bliss, safety, and peace; Assists in emotional body connection; Releases tension, stress and overwhelm; Supports the release of trauma stored in the body; Offers experiences of altered states of consciousness and deep embodiment; Acts as a bridge to the subconscious mind.

This class will include meditation, 50 minutes of conscious connected breathwork, and will close with warming tea and sharing.

Yoga Mats, blankets and bolsters will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else to make yourself comfortable. You may also bring a journal to write down any insights that come through during your experience.

Cost: $42. Monthly members will receive a 10% discount.
