Natasha Stewart, Breathwork Facilitator
As we enter spring, we are greeted by the emergence of new life; within and around us. Spring is often known as a time for renewal and new beginnings. We can feel a shift in the air, a sense of leaving an old winter mentality behind us and often a desire for “spring cleaning” to create space for what’s to come. This is the perfect time to dream and vision into this new season.
In this session you are invited to unthaw from winter, open to the incoming light and tend to the soil of your well being, before planting intentions for this Spring season.
This specific type of breathwork is a powerful practice to navigate your inner landscape and connect more deeply to the body-mind, helping to free stagnant energy, tension, or outdated beliefs from your system and inviting in fresh energy and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. Breathwork is a tool for emotional and somatic release and journeying beyond the conscious mind to discover blocks to greater healing and connection.
