Join Laela and Amber for the rejuvenating and healing practice of Yoga Nidra.

We will begin with gentle movements and simple breathing techniques to release tension and find a calm center within, all to prepare for Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a style of guided meditation, often translated as ‘yogic sleep.’ It is a simple yet profound technique that unwinds the nervous system and encourages complete physical and mental relaxation with wakeful awareness. This practice is beneficial for stress reduction and developing healthy sleep patterns.
In Yoga Nidra, students lie comfortably on the floor (or seated) and are guided to move awareness through different focal points, including parts of the body, the movement of the breath, and the contents of the imagination. One is guided to linger in a hypnogogic state of consciousness – the dreamy state between waking and sleeping. There is magical transformation in deep rest – you will emerge relaxed, present, and rejuvenated.
This is an accessible practice where everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. We hope you will join us.
